Common questions

I can’t sign in to the mobile app — it says my number isn’t found.

BizOS accounts are created by the business you work for, not from the app. Ask the owner or an admin of your business to add your number under Team, then sign in again with the same number. If you are the owner and you don’t have an account yet, contact us at support@3roses.tech and we’ll set you up.

I’m not receiving the OTP.

Check that the number you entered is the one registered with your business, and that your phone has signal. Codes expire after 10 minutes — use “Resend” to get a fresh one. If nothing arrives after two tries, email us with the number and we’ll look at the delivery logs.

How do I change my plan or billing details?

Plans and billing are managed by the business owner from the BizOS web app under Settings. If you need an invoice, a receipt, or a change to your billing details, email us and we’ll sort it out.

How do I delete my account or my data?

Email us from the address on your account and we’ll process the deletion. See the Privacy Policy for what we hold, how long we keep it, and your rights under India’s DPDP Act.
