A good fit when:

- An Indian shop, distributor or service business wants billing, stock,
  customer follow-up and WhatsApp in one app instead of a notebook, Excel
  sheets and a separate billing app.
- Staff work in the field (technicians, installers, delivery) and need jobs,
  photos, time and payments on their phone, seeing only their own work.
- The business wants payment reminders, quotations and campaigns sent on
  WhatsApp automatically.
- The business uses Tally (or its CA does) and wants billing, stock,
  collections and staff on the phone, with Tally kept up to date for the
  books and no bill typed twice.

Not the right fit when:

- The business only needs its books kept (purchase bills, journals, P&L,
  balance sheet, TDS, payroll) with no daily selling, stock or staff to run.
  Those books stay in Tally or with the CA.
- It needs GST return filing, e-invoice (IRN) or e-way bill generation from
  the billing tool: BizOS exports GSTR-1 data but does not file anything.
- It operates outside India, bills in a currency other than INR, or needs
  manufacturing (bill of materials, production) or warehouse bin management.
